Survey Merchandiser is looking for independent contractors to support Frito-Lay merchandising projects in Bloomington , IN. You’ll help keep the Salty Snack aisle organized and fully merchandised by stocking backstock, replacing missing shelf tags, following the current set and product flow, and submitting photos and project details through the Survey Merchandiser App.

Schedule & Hours  

• Pay: $18/hr 
• Start Date: September 21st, 2026 - on-going
• Start Time: 7:00 AM  
• Estimated Duration: 1hr per store

What to Expect
Every store will be a little different, but here are a few things you can expect:

• Check in with the Manager to review the merchandising objective.
• Locate Frito-Lay backstock.
• Ensure shelf tags are replaced if missing.
• Pack out and merchandise Frito-Lay items in the Salty Snack aisle following the current set/flow.
• Take before and after photos of the Salty Snack aisle.
• Review your work with the Manager on Duty and coordinate timing for your next visit.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience: Proven retail merchandising experience
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
• Dress Code: Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
