Survey Merchandiser is hiring Reset Merchandisers with reset/POG experience in Mt. Juliet, TN for a short-term reset project in multiple stores. You will use Survey's app to document your work.

Key Job Details:

• Pay: $20/hr.
• Payment Method: OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
• Project Duration: Reset starts on September 21st.
• Shifts hours: Start time varies depending on the store you will be working: Between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Shifts also varies from 9 to 11 hours shift with 30 minutes to 1 hour unpaid lunch time.
• Additional details:
  • Multiple store locations.
  • Punctuality is a must on this project. You must be at the store 15 minutes before the start of your shift.
  • Dress Code: 
    • Long pants are required.No sagging pants or exposed undergarments; belts are to be worn if pants do not fit properly Pants cannot have tears, holes, or serious wear and must be properly laundered
    • Tops: polo, or button style preferred. No sleeveless shirts, tank tops Shirts cannot have tears, holes, or serious wear and must be properly laundered Shirts cannot have offensive statements, political statements, or offensive pictures
    • Headphones/Earbuds not permitted on site.
    • No sandals, high heels, clogs, or open-toe shoes. Closed – toe shoes required
• Location: Mt. Juliet, TN.
• Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks based on Planograms (POGs).
  • Safely operate pallet jacks.
  • Organize back stock in totes or crates with accurate labeling.
  • Clean shelves, sweep floors, and remove trash.
  • Perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to read, speak, and hear effectively
    Must be able to use hands and fingers for handling and organizing materials
• Tech Requirements:
  • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
  • An active account with Survey Merchandiser.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
  • Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.
