Survey Merchandiser is hiring Reset Merchandisers with Planogram Experience in San Francisco, San Mateo and Redwood City, CA Paying $25/hr to work 3 hr shift per store.. You will use Survey's app to document your work.
The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you’ll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout. You will use Survey's app to document your work.

The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you’ll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout. You will use Survey's app to document your work.
Schedule & Hours:
- Reset start date: January 18th
- Time: 6:00 am - 4:00 pm window
- Duration: 2-3 hr shift
Responsibilities:
- Check in with the Manager to review the merchandising objective.
- Locate Frito-Lay Backstock and work on U Carts.
- Ensure Shelf tags are replaced if missing.
- Pack out Frito Lay items in the Salty Snack Aisle.
- Merchandised after the salty snack aisle. Endcap, 4-sided display, check lane, etc. Pack out Frito-Lay items on the Perimeter displays.
- KDs (Knock Down Boxes) by following color coding and organizing backstock.
- Take Before/ After Photos of Salty Snack aisle & displays. Review your work with the Manager on Duty and coordinate timing for your next visit.
- .Reporting: Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP
Requirements (Must Haves):
- Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
- Tech Requirements: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
- Other Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
- Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.
