Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to complete quick tobacco fixture photo audits in Salt Lake City, UT. Visits take about 15 minutes and pay $5 per store. Simply locate the tobacco fixture, take the required photos using the Survey Merchandiser App, and move on to the next stop. Complete multiple stores on a route and earn approximately $15 per hour.

Because these are routes, you can group several stores into one trip and complete multiple visits in a single outing.

What to Expect

Every store will be a little different, but here's what a typical visit looks like:

• Walk into the store and locate the tobacco fixture / cigarette display — it's usually behind the front register or the customer service counter.
• Check in with the manager or cashier on duty and let them know you're there to photograph the tobacco fixture.
• Open the assignment in the Survey Merchandiser App and follow the photo prompts on screen.
• Take clear, well-lit photos of the full fixture. The app will tell you exactly which angles and sections are required.
• Answer the short product questions in the app about what's on the fixture.
• Submit everything through the app before you leave the store, then head to your next stop on the route.

No stocking, no resets, no heavy lifting — this is a photo and observation visit only.

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience: Retail or merchandising experience preferred, not required
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App and a working camera
• Other: 18+, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
• Dress Code: Business casual, closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
