Survey Merchandiser is hiring Reset Merchandisers in Emerson, NJ for a short-term reset project. The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you’ll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout. You will use Survey's app to document your work.

Key Job Details:

• Pay: $22/hr.
• Payment Method: OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
• Project Duration: Reset will take place on May 7th.
• Shifts hours: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

  • Please comply with Dress Code: Black slacks or black jeans, white or black collared shirt or blouse, black closed-toe shoes. No sandals, tank tops, shorts, printed shirts, or dirty clothes.
  • Print a manager's sign off form attached to this survey before your arrival.
  • Print planograms depending on which store, before your arrival.
  • Schedule your time to complete multiple locations in one day from Mon-Fri, starting 6AM..
• Location: Emerson, NJ.
• Responsibilities:
  • Merchandise the flowers Foods brand’s store shelves to the planogram, hang the price tags.
  • Clean shelves, tag shelves, and take before and after images of the section.
  • Arrive at the store at the start date and time of the reset.
  • Merchandise Flower Foods products and reset them to the planogram.
  • Ensure shelves are clean.
  • Merchandise Flower brands on the shelves.
  • Tag the shelves with the correct shelf tags.
  • Check out with management after completion.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
• Tech Requirements:
  • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
  • An active account with Survey Merchandiser.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
