Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a 3-day project in Rome City, IN paying $20/hr. You will support a large retail reset by removing products from the shelves and reorganizing them according to a new planogram (POG schematic).

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $20 per hour
• Start Date: October 22nd, 2026
• Start Time: 8:00AM
• Shift Length: 12 hours 
• Arrival: Must arrive 15 minutes early

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the store on the scheduled reset date and start time.
• Merchandise products to the planogram and install the correct price tags.
• Clean shelves, organize the sections and capture required before/after photos.
• Ensure all areas are properly reset, stocked, tagged, and maintained.
• Check out with store manager upon completion of the reset.
• Submit Before/After photos via Survey Merchandiser APP 

Requirements (Must Have)  

• Experience: Proven Reset or merchandising experience 
• Physical Ability: Lift up to 50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods 
• Technology: Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App 
• Other: 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation 
• Dress Code : Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plain shirt or polo. Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
