Job Overview: Reset Merchandiser

Survey Merchandiser is hiring independent contractors for a Frito-Lay packout and reset project in Binghamton, NY.

• Pay: $28/hr (via OpenForce/Survey App).
• Bonus: $50 completion bonus for each successfully completed store (approved by our in app QA)
• Start Date: March 10th.
• Schedule: Morning shifts (6:00 AM or 9:00 AM start); approximately 2–3 hours per store.

Travel & Location

• Primary Location: Binghamton, NY.
• Travel Requirement: You will be visiting multiple stores within the area.
• Flexibility: Candidates must be flexible with travel between listed locations (15 mile radius). Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Reset & Packout: Work on Frito-Lay items in the salty snack aisle and perimeter displays (endcaps, check lanes).
• Stock Management: Locate backstock on U-Carts and organize "Knock Down" boxes by color code.
• Maintenance: Replace missing shelf tags and ensure displays are neat.
• Documentation: Take "Before & After" photos and check in/out with the Manager using the Survey Merchandiser App.

Requirements

• Experience: Mandatory previous experience with resets or Planograms (POG).
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable standing, kneeling, and reaching.
• Tech: Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
• Professionalism: Arrive 15 minutes early. Dress code is Business Casual (khakis/polo; no sandals, shorts, or graphic tees).
