Survey Merchandiser is hiring merchandisers with planogram experience to restock/reset different stores located in the area of Casselton, ND, ensuring accurate product placement and minimal disruption to store operations.

Key Job Details:

• Pay: $27/hr.
• Payment Method: OpenForce via the Survey Merchandiser App.
• Project Duration: Reset starts on the first of week of July. 
• Shifts hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Additional details:
  • Willing to work in variable conditions (bring gloves/jacket).
  • Fully committed to completing assigned shifts.
  • Experience with POG compliance and restocking.
• Location: Casselton, ND.
• Responsibilities:
  • Locate merchandise already on the sales floor.
  • Restock products in their designated sections without overstocking. For example, if the POG specifies 6 items on the shelf, do not exceed this quantity.
  • Sales Floor (Carts/Totes/U-boats): Prioritize restocking items from these sources.
  • Stocking Priorities (in order)
    • Sky Shelves:
      • Place items directly above or as close as possible to their assigned locations.
      • If SKU details or POG strips are unclear, consult the store manager for guidance.
    • Backroom Stock: Work through all backstock and ensure items are correctly placed on the sales floor.
  • Ensure all products are organized and placed in their corresponding sections.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to resolve any questions about product placement or stocking procedures.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
• Tech Requirements:
  • Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
  • An active account with Survey Merchandiser.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Punctuality is critical – you must arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
